This is a brief update on our business continuity in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Longwood Software is well-positioned to maintain our RevBase® and ForFile® software-as-a-service applications to provide customer support and run our back-office operations during this crisis. We are fortunate our staff and partners have experience working remotely, and our software development, testing, and production workflows don’t require us to be in the same office. While we are adjusting to a new reality with our families and communities, our work at Longwood Software has had minimal disruption thus far.
Our Maynard office is open; our plan is to have one person in the office from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (our normal business hours). All of our security procedures, data protection, data backup, application monitoring, and software maintenance processes continue as normal.
